Admittedly, the initial misread got a laugh out of me, as I used do stuff like that all the time. I was never dyslexic, but I would try to read things so fast that I frequently misinterpreted or misread a word that made for some amusing situations. Other times, I’ve had printouts of analysis papers get cut off in the printer - I’ll leave you to guess what that wound up looking like.

That would actually make sense to me. There's a huge migrant farm worker community in Minnesota. I've got friends who used to work fields there, and in other parts of the Midwest, like Indiana. One of the biggest Mexican American populations around is in Chicago. We're everywhere, which means so is our delicious food. :)
